Shipping Policy

Where we ship

Dotted Eye Press currently ships to addresses within the United States only. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

Shipping rates

US orders ship at a flat rate of $4.95. Orders totaling $35.00 or more before tax ship free.

Print books

Paperback and spiral-bound titles are printed on demand through Lulu Direct. Production takes 3 to 5 business days. Standard ground shipping within the US takes an additional 3 to 7 business days. Total expected delivery is 6 to 12 business days from the date the order is placed.

Orders are produced and shipped Monday through Friday, excluding US federal holidays. You will receive a tracking number by email when your order ships.

Ebooks

Ebooks are delivered instantly through BookFunnel. After purchase, you will receive an email with a secure download link and instructions for loading the file onto your preferred device or reading app. Delivery is typically immediate. If the email has not arrived within an hour, please check your spam folder before contacting us.

Lost, delayed, or damaged orders

If your order has not arrived within 12 business days, if tracking shows a problem, or if your book arrives damaged, email us at orders@dottedeyepress.com with your order number. We will replace damaged items and work with our print partner to resolve delivery issues. Photos of damaged packaging or books are helpful but not required.

Address accuracy

Please review your shipping address before checkout. We are not able to reroute orders once they enter production. If an order is returned to us as undeliverable, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping charges may apply.
